Ex # 28 Body of Knowledge. We did this practice holding the position for 5 minutes and then resting for 5 minutes, for three repetitions. The entire pracice took about 45 minutes.

“When you finish practicing be sure to let the next activity also be a form of Kun Nye. Expand your feelings while eating, walking or seeing. Let relaxation inform every experience, so your entire life becomes a part of an expanding, widening meditation.”
