Started with Ex #21 Healing Body and Mind. Did nine repetitons of it.
Then we did did a little head massage. Started by activating our hands by rubbing them together. Then we brought energy of our hands onto the head by placing a palm on the forehead and a palm on the back of the head.
Did the scalp massage on page 90-91 (one paragraph)
We did the entire massage sequence for point 3 on the head including the visualizations. The entire sequence goes from page 95-97
Last practice was Ex #16 Touching Feeling with a 10 minute sit at the end.
