The first practice was Ex #78 Stimulating Body energy. This practice works with pressure points and movement. It is usually done with 3 or 9 repetitions. Our time allowed us to do only 6 repetitions. Maybe next time we will get to 9 repetitions. There is a one minute sit and sensing between repetitions.
We finished with Ex #3 Tasting relaxation. Very important fundamental practice in Kum Nye. It is a practice well worth cultivating and developing. Do this practice at different times during the day to develop it. No one needs to know you are doing it 🙂
