We did the standing practice #22 Flying and sat for 5 minutes at the end
Then we activated our hands by rubbing them together. We placed the activated hands on the forehead and the back of the head – sensing the sensations in and on the head.
We did two massages of the head. Using the fingertips to massage the scalp (pg 90-91) and then stroking the top, side of the head towardds the back and to the neck. (pg 91 second paragraph)
After that we worked on point 3. This is page 95-96. We got all the way to the second paragraph of page 96. This is the part where we visualize and sense the opening at the top of the head, opening a channel into the body
I asked for some feedback on the massage. My volume was off and I could not hear the responses. Ha !
