We started with a Leg Massage pg 138. This massage uses the foot to massage the other leg
Then we continued to a sitting movement practice. Ex # 15 Loosening up. This was done very slowly with a 10 minute sit at the end.
Ended the session with Scalp Massage pg 90-91 (just one paragraph). This is a massage usually done as a prelude massaging pressure points on the head
