Week 4 : Day 1


We started with the Seven Gestures. We took some time going through each of the gestures and settling as a practice. The sitting is a practice by itself. This is on page 29-31

Then we did two practices

Ex # 26 Activating Inner Massage

Ex # 21 Healing Body and Mind
