Diana started with Ex # 72 Embodiment, working with the Navel center. It is suggested that you work for 3 days with the navel center for about 1/2 hour. This was our third day of Navel center. Tomorrow we do the Heart Center
Santosh led a series of massage practices:
Massaged points 3, 4, 5 on the Sacrum. Then massaged the pressure points of the next two vertebrae. page 129, paragraph 3
Massaged the hip. Page 132 (last paragraph) to page 133 (first paragraph).
